Beyond our villas lies a landscape shaped by olive trees, stone paths and Ionian light. What we share here are not “sights” — but places we return to ourselves. Most of them are places we discovered slowly over the years — and still return to whenever we have a free afternoon.
From the quiet coves below Liapades to sunset views above Lakones — the island unfolds gently. Corfu is not meant to be consumed. It is meant to be experienced slowly.

Our favorite early-morning swim is at Rovinia Beach — a short walk from Liapades through olive groves and limestone cliffs. Before 9 a.m., the sea is still. The light is soft. It feels like your own private bay.

Much of the land around our villas was once — and still is — olive grove. Old donkey paths still cross the hills above the west coast, including the historic route from Krini toward Agios Georgios. Closer to home, a quiet path leads from Villa Calivi through olive trees down toward Limni Beach.
